  • use misleading claims

2. Personalization Responsibility

Retailers are responsible for:

  • verifying engraving text
  • spelling accuracy
  • customer-submitted customization details

3. Production Time

Production timelines are estimates and may vary during high-demand periods.

4. Shipping & Customs

Retailers are responsible for informing customers about:

  • customs duties
  • import taxes
  • local regulations

5. Returns & Custom Products

Personalized/customized products:

  • cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect

6. Wholesale Pricing Confidentiality

Retailers may not publicly disclose:

  • wholesale pricing
  • private catalogs
  • retailer-only information

7. Order Accuracy

Retailers are responsible for:

  • customer shipping accuracy
  • Submitted personalization details
  • final order confirmation

8. Partnership Approval

We reserve the right to:

  • approve or reject applications
  • terminate partnerships if necessary

9. Branding & Packaging

All products are shipped using Handicraft House packaging and brand presentation.

Retailers acknowledge that products may include Handicraft House branding, packaging materials, inserts, or fulfillment identification as part of our production and fulfillment process.

Custom white-label or private-label packaging is not included unless agreed separately in writing.
